Major Improvements

It has been a busy summer and to become more responsive in our turnaround time, we have added two new servers to our small “render farm”.  I have been looking for good servers for a few months, and I am happy about our purchase:  Two Dell Power Edge 1850’s.  They are being configured and early tests confirm that we are on the right track.  After performing these few tests, the results are conclusive: Rendering time is reduced by half.

What does it all mean to our clients?

• Greater productivity: We are already known for our 24 hours overnight and weekend deliveries, but now we are able to deliver even more renderings in less time.  You can submit multiple projects and not worry about whether we will meet your deadline.

• Faster turnaround time:  Now we can offer same day delivery for renderings. This is perfect for your rush jobs or last minutes modifications.

• Multiple project management:  In the past, we were not always able to handle more than one project at a time.  We would sometimes have to wait for our servers to finish one client’s renderings before starting another project.  Now, we can handle multiple projects at once.
